ABOUT EVENT
Vision on Skin is a face-painting competition where participants showcase
their creativity by painting striking designs on faces, transforming ordinary canvases
into works of art.

RULES
1. Team Composition: Each team consists of two participants: A Model and An
Artist
2. Supplies: Participants should bring their own art supplies.
3. Time Limit: The time limit for the event is 2 hours.
4. Topic: The topic will be given on the spot.
